Saiqa Akhter, 30, apparently could no longer care for her two autistic kids so she killed them with a wire.
The Texan called 911 and explained that she first tried to poison her children, her son Zain Akhter, 5 years old and her daughter Faryaal Akhter, 2 years of age with bathroom cleaner but when the poor kids refused to drink the poison, she strangled them with a piece of wire.
At this moment the monster known as Saiqa Akhter has been charged with a single count of capital murder in the death of her 5-year-old son but authorities expect her to be charged once more to add a count, seeing that the little girl passed away hours later.
The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, visited the Akhter family in 2009 for “neglectful supervision” after they left their son alone to take their daughter to the ER but no charges were filed against them seeing the kids showed no sign of being in danger.
Akhter who deserves the death penalty is currently being held on $1 million bail.
