Fisher-Price Recall 2010: Mattel Recalls

Fisher-Price Recall 2010: Mattel Recalls – Fisher-Price has announced earlier today that it is recalling over 10 million products -including millions of tricycles, cars and high chairs that were sold in both Canada and the United States.

Parents are asked to immediately remove those toys immediately from their children and call 1-800-432-5437 in order to find out how they can obtain new parts for the them.

Unlike back in 2007 when the toymaker was forced to recall over 21 million toys because they contained an excessive amount of lead, this time around the little gadgets have manufactured defects, they provoke head and tooth injuries and children can even choke on the small parts of toys.

A big recall is never easy for an enterprise, but one can see this recall must be a bit worst than the previous ones with the holiday season just around the corner.
