Clay Butler who is an entrepreneur out in California has come up with a brand new idea, a soft drink that is laced with THC which is the active ingredient in marijuana.
It is an alternative for those medicinal marijuana users who do not wish to smoke or directly eat it so they can get it in a liquid form.
Butler plans on introducing his line of “soda pot” drinks to stores all across Colorado by February and there will no doubt be a number of people who will be excited at the prospect of this new drink idea.
The THC-laced drinks will come in five different flavors: Grape Ape, Doc WEED, Orange Kush, Canna Cola, and Sour Diesel which has a sort of lemon-lime taste to it. The new line of drinks is definitely going to be unique as nobody has ever really seen anything like them before.
The creator of the drinks said that he has never done drugs in his life or smoked marijuana, but was still able to come up with all of the different names for his new pot drinks.
He told a Santa Cruz newspaper that he strongly believes that people should legally be able to drink, smoke, or eat whatever they want without fear of punishment.
He has stated that he is trying to help those who are in pain and in need of some relief as well as recreational users who will find the drinks to be a nice change from regular soda.
